Q: why my flashlight can’t be lighted up?

A: there may be several reasons as below

1) The battery is out of power. Please change the battery or if your battery is rechargeable, charge it fully to use.

2) The contact problem between head and body tube, or body tube and tail. Try to clean the threads and contacts.

3 ) The polarity of the battery is opposite when you put the battery in the light. Please put in the battery with right polarity.

Q: my flashlight gets hot very quickly after a short time use, is it normal?

A: It’s normal. When the flashlight is on high mode, it requires high power to drive, so the led will produce a large amount of heat and the heat is dispatched via the aluminum house. Therefore, you will find it hot.
